Who are we looking for ?
We are looking for a Group Finance Controller who combines financial expertise with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. You are a trusted business partner who thrives in complex environments, can quickly identify performance drivers, and enjoys leading high-impact projects across multiple businesses.
You are equally comfortable challenging financial assumptions, supporting executive decision-making, driving digital transformation, and stepping into critical operational situations when needed. With strong interpersonal skills, you know how to build credibility and influence stakeholders across a decentralized organization without relying on hierarchical authority.
Your Responsibilities ?
Support the digitalization of finance processes and accelerate the adoption of data analytics, automation and AI solutions.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve reporting tools, data flows and management dashboards.
Lead strategic deep-dive analyses on underperforming projects, subsidiaries or business situations requiring rapid intervention
Lead business controlling activities, ensuring robust budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis.
Partner closely with Business Units to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and enhance decision-making.
Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of financial and operational data across the Group.
Prepare and present high-level analyses, recommendations and executive reporting to the Director Finance & Controlling and Group CFO.
Support mergers, acquisitions, divestments and other strategic growth initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence.
Your Skills & Experience ?
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, ideally combining Big Four and corporate experience.
Digital-native mindset with a genuine interest in automation, AI and data-driven decision-making.
Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, IFRS and management reporting.
Strong business acumen with the ability to rapidly understand operational challenges and identify actionable solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
High level of autonomy, adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English
Pragmatic, curious and versatile personality with a "Swiss Army knife" attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
