Who we’re looking for ?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our growing team in a pivotal Human Resources (HR) position. This role acts as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring seamless HR operations and supporting key business goals. If you have proven HR experience and a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture, we would love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities ?
- Collaborate with leadership and employees to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support on all HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Advise and coach managers on people management and development strategies.
- Ensure legal compliance and promote a safe, respectful workplace culture.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to inform business and HR decisions.
Your Skills & Experience ?
- Demonstrable experience in a Human Resources or HR Business Partner role.
- Solid understanding of BE employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR metrics.
