Who we’re looking for ?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our growing team in a pivotal Human Resources (HR) position. This role acts as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring seamless HR operations and supporting key business goals. If you have proven HR experience and a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities ?

• Collaborate with leadership and employees to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Provide expert guidance and support on all HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  
• Support talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  
• Advise and coach managers on people management and development strategies.
  
• Ensure legal compliance and promote a safe, respectful workplace culture.
  
• Analyse HR data and metrics to inform business and HR decisions.

Your Skills & Experience ?

• Demonstrable experience in a Human Resources or HR Business Partner role.
  
• Solid understanding of BE employment law and HR best practices.
  
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR metrics.
